01 — Eligibility & Acceptance

By accessing or using Future Nominees services, you represent that you are legally permitted to enter into these Terms or that any required permission from a parent or legal guardian has been obtained.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our services.

02 — Future Nominees Programs

Future Nominees provides artist discovery, evaluation, development, live event, promotional, audience-development, and related music industry programs and opportunities.

Registration or participation does not guarantee acceptance, advancement, performance opportunities, album placement, distribution, professional representation, commercial success, financial results, or any other particular outcome.

Program structures, eligibility requirements, locations, dates, advancement criteria, opportunities, and participation requirements may vary by market, event, development level, or program phase.

03 — Free Evaluations

Future Nominees may offer eligible artists an initial evaluation at no charge. Registration for an evaluation does not guarantee an appointment, acceptance into a Future Nominees program, or advancement.

Artists may be asked to provide music, professional information, career information, audience information, or other materials relevant to the evaluation process.

04 — Artist Submissions & Rights

You retain ownership of original music and other materials that you own and submit to Future Nominees unless you separately agree in writing to different terms.

By voluntarily submitting music or other materials for evaluation, you authorize Future Nominees and its personnel to access, review, play, and evaluate those materials for purposes related to your registration, evaluation, participation, and consideration for Future Nominees opportunities.

You represent that you have the necessary rights or authorization to submit the materials you provide and that doing so does not knowingly violate the rights of another person or entity.

05 — Artist Development & Advancement

Artists accepted into Future Nominees may receive development materials, assignments, resources, challenges, opportunities, or participation requirements designed to help evaluate and develop areas such as music, branding, marketing, audience development, business readiness, and live performance.

Advancement decisions may consider multiple factors, including talent, development progress, professionalism, audience engagement, fan activation, completion of program requirements, live performance, market response, and other factors determined by Future Nominees.

No single activity, including ticket sales or audience activation, guarantees advancement.

06 — Events, Tickets & Participation

Certain Future Nominees programs may include live events, showcases, performances, ticketed experiences, or audience-development activities.

Event-specific rules, ticket terms, refund policies, venue rules, schedules, performance requirements, and other conditions may be communicated separately and will apply to the applicable event.

Future Nominees may modify, postpone, relocate, or cancel events when reasonably necessary due to operational, venue, safety, legal, production, or other circumstances.

07 — Opportunities & Third Parties

Future Nominees may provide access to or information about opportunities involving producers, distributors, venues, media, service providers, industry professionals, sponsors, or other third parties.

Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, references to third-party opportunities do not create a guarantee of selection, placement, production, distribution, endorsement, employment, representation, or commercial results.

Third-party services and opportunities may also be subject to their own terms, eligibility requirements, and decisions.

08 — Text Messaging Terms

If you separately opt in to receive text messages from Future Nominees, you may receive informational and/or promotional messages based on the consent you provide. Messages may include registration updates, evaluation information, scheduling information, reminders, program updates, event information, opportunities, and promotional communications.

09 — Email Communications

If you provide your email address, we may send communications concerning your registration, evaluation, participation, events, opportunities, services, and, where permitted, promotional information.

You may unsubscribe from applicable promotional emails using the unsubscribe instructions contained in those messages. Certain administrative or transactional communications may still be sent when necessary.

10 — Acceptable Use

When using Future Nominees services, you agree not to:

• Provide knowingly false or misleading information
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation
• Submit material you do not have the right to submit
• Interfere with the operation or security of our website or services
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or information
• Use our services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes
• Violate applicable laws or the rights of others

11 — Intellectual Property

The Future Nominees name, logos, website design, program materials, graphics, branding, written content, and other Future Nominees-owned materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted, these materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without appropriate authorization.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of an artist's independently owned original music merely because that music is submitted for an evaluation.

12 — Photos, Video & Recorded Content

Future Nominees events and activities may be photographed, filmed, recorded, livestreamed, or otherwise documented.

Any specific rights granted to Future Nominees concerning an artist's name, image, likeness, performance, music, interview, or recorded content may be addressed through event notices, participation agreements, releases, or other applicable terms.

Participation in a particular recorded event may require acceptance of additional media or appearance terms.

13 — No Guarantee of Results

The music industry is competitive and outcomes depend on numerous factors outside the control of Future Nominees.

Future Nominees does not guarantee record deals, distribution outcomes, producer placements, income, streams, audience growth, employment, representation, awards, nominations, career advancement, or commercial success.

14 — Availability & Changes

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or update portions of our website, services, programs, features, opportunities, or these Terms from time to time.

When these Terms are materially updated, we may revise the effective date shown above.

15 — Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Future Nominees services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that every service, opportunity, event, website feature, or third-party service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

16 — Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Future Nominees Inc and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, our services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

17 — Privacy

Your use of our services is also subject to our Privacy Policy , which explains how Future Nominees collects, uses, and protects personal information.
